Client Area passwords can be reset using the 'forgot password' link on the login page.
CPanel passwords can be reset using the 'my services' section of the client area. If you want to reset your cPanel password you need to submit a support ticket.
To Login in to your cPanel from your Client Area, Go to 'Services -> My Services', click the green 'Active' button next to your Hosting Plan, then use the 'cPanel Login' button on the left.
